And you shall love the Lord God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.  The second is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'  There is no other commandment greater than these.     Mark 12:30-31

  Meet our Staff

Meet Mike Wilson - Owner and CEO of Delmarva Performance and Repair. Following in the footsteps of his father/grandfather, he probably saw the undercarriage of a hood long before he learned to walk. And as a young child (and when he wasn't racing junkyard golf carts at Murray's), Mike was always taking something apart to make it faster, stronger, and more efficient.  Mike earned his Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Technology from Delaware Technical Community College, and is also a certified Automotive Technician in Engines, Electrical Systems, Powertrain, Brakes and Suspension as well as Air Conditioning/Heating. DPR is an accredited independent shop and was recently nationally distinguished by Jasper Transmissions for superior service to this community under his leadership.  Mike has a specialized interest and passion for "all thigs performance" and his network of allied automotive partners have created a tapestry of unmatched resources and support for the clients he serves.  An avid fisher, animal loving Orioles fan, budding photographer (who knew), and a good ol' Seaford boy who fell in love with a Delmar girl and this community a long time ago, Mike works hard every single day with amazing mentors... discipling him to be the best boss, husband, father, and leader in the automotive industry that he can be.

Meet Bob Schuab -Technician at Delmarva Performance and Repair. Often requested by so many customers over the years, Bob has worked over 35 years in the auto service industry-well known in the area for his wealth of knowledge in all things automotive and someone who would literally take the shirt off his back to help someone in need with his reservoir of compassion.  Bob is an ASE Master Tech, a Chrysler Gold Certified Tech and has worked in the dealership world in all areas of service.  He is relied upon locally by many automotive professionals for his gift of diaging extremely tough electrical issues and the uncanny ability to easily convey with gentle understanding, repair solutions to others who may not be as familiar.  In his spare time, he loves to ride his motorcycle, spend time with his beloved grandchildren and attends church at Allen Memorial.  We have always been so encouraged by Bob's ability to see the good in what's to come, even in the midst of a storm, like losing a loved one.  When you meet Bob, you've got a new friend you can count on.

Meet Matt White -Technician at Delmarva Performance and Repair.  When we think of Matt and the gift he is to this team, a scripture quickly comes to mind,  "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward.  It is the Lord Christ you are serving" from Colossians 3:23-24.  His reliable workmanship is unwavering with over 17 years experience as an Automotive Technician specializing in tires and alignments.  He doesn't hesitate staying and helping others clean up the shop, even after the busiest of days all the while keeping them uplifted.  We've even watched him change tires for someone in the rain without so much as a complaint when the garage was packed-full.  If this doesn't tell you what kind of person he is, we don't know what more would.  A trustworthy humble heart, filled with gratitude and always paired with a smile-he is indeed one of the hardest workers we've ever met with an exemplary standard of keeping the families he serves safe and one we tell all of our new hires to emulate.

Meet Kris Bell - Technician at Delmarva Performance and Repair.  After-hours, personally took it upon himself (and not yet an employee) to pick up a part for a customer (who happened to be a complete stranger/college student that he overheard needed to get back to school) after we had been waiting on that part all day... paid for it with his own money and randomly delivered one to us just because he knew he could help, and all without us knowing... Yes, this is how we met Kris Bell and because character goes a long way at DPR we knew we had to have his automotive background of 18 years and experience in repairing personal aircraft/welding on our team.  Simply put, this gem literally fell right into our DPR laps and it’s been unreal watching the fruit of this investment as his compassion to do every in single thing he does with precision and expertise, has revealed a remarkable automotive mechanic.  He is also an undercover cat rescuer/nurturer with the best hair, makes you laugh at least once a day, loves working on his bug, antiquing (who knew) and making his wife Brittany and family so proud!

Meet Kennedy Wilson - COO of Delmarva Performance and Repair. A rare female leader in the Automotive Industry focused on women hospitality, Kennedy Keenan-Wilson graduated from Delmar High School and with the support of this community, received Congressional Nominations from President Joe Biden, Congressman Mike Castle, as well as Senator Tom Carper to the United States Naval, Air Force, Merchant Marine, Coast Guard and West Point Academies. She has completed internships with the Delaware Electric Cooperative and the International Association of Fire Chiefs.  Kennedy graduated as a Junior from George Mason University as a Distinguished Scholar Recipient, earning her degree in Government with a Concentration in American Politics and Minor in Communications while simultaneously being admitted into GMU's Master of Public Administration Homeland Security Program as one of their youngest candidates.  Kennedy believes there is nothing better than Jesus.  She also happens to be a homeschool mom who owned a couple award winning trucks in high school, secretly cheers on her husband at the dragstrip, has a heart for first responders/families with special needs, loves watching baseball (or goats) and looks forward to days at the beach with her new love of fishing.

Meet Goose, our DPR Shop Dog.  We have yet to find a friend he hasn't made and you can often find him calming customers in stressful situations.  When he isn’t eating Rita’s, you’ll find him being spoiled by the entire team with pizza crusts on Friday.  He's an avid napper, couch potato and friend.

When the good news about the kingdom has been preached all over the world and told to all nations, then the end will come.  Matthew 24:14  Its as simple as that.

It is our heart's cry to see the coming of our Lord, so in addition to supporting local sports teams, musical instruments for youth, our local heroes and other ministries; when our friends (and fellow mechanic family) said they were called to go, we wanted to send all we could with them to preach the Gospel in places where the name "Jesus" has never been heard.  Please continue to pray for this family and that the good news will bring salvation to women, men and children.

Welcome!
